Having spent more than 25 years in the business world and 20 years coaching and training in Ontology (the study of being), Kelly Townsend has a solid foundation of experience in sales, business development, leadership development and team alignment - and she is passionately committed to the success and empowerment of her clients.
As a partner to her clients in the healthcare, legal and financial service industries across the United States, Kelly specializes in bringing a powerful listening to what is needed to take performance to the next level.

Jon has over 30 years experience as a Senior Executive in leading vibrant organizations, including the largest Canadian- owned insurance brokerage, and organizations ranging from financial, oil and gas and real estate.
He is a skilled coach; working often with senior teams to create alignment and develop complete commitment to the vision. He is dedicated to developing leadership at all levels of the organization so they have the skills and mindset consistent with generating and sustaining a commitment to new futures and influencing those around them to participate effectively.
Through Jon’s coaching, the culture of the organization is such that any recommended changes for fulfilling the future vision will be embraced, and the systems and structures are re-aligned to reinforce action toward the fulfillment of the new future.
Regina is a graduate from the University of Miami with over 25 years of experience working from both sides of the table in the hospitality and meetings industry . She has serviced clients across the US for meeting and event planning needs.
She has extensive experience in site selection and hotel contract negotiations. Regina is currently managing all events for Townsend Consulting Group.
